## Description

The Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD) is dedicated to promoting inclusive practices and empowering persons with disabilities across the region. Founded with the objective of creating equal opportunities, APCD leads a range of initiatives that focus on vocational training, community-based rehabilitation, and disability-inclusive development. Among its significant offerings are specialized training programs in food and hospitality, highlighted by the 60+Plus Bakery and Chocolate Café projects, which provide hands-on experience and employment readiness for individuals with disabilities.

In addition to vocational training, APCD actively participates in awareness campaigns such as the Make the Right Real! initiative, which aims to advance the rights of persons with disabilities throughout the Asia-Pacific. APCD collaborates with various partners, including Hilton Hotels Group, to enhance employment opportunities. With a commitment to fostering inclusive education and community support, APCD stands at the forefront of disability advocacy in the region, making substantial impacts on social integration and economic empowerment for individuals with disabilities.
