## Description

The Portuguese Association of Clinical Hypnosis and Hypnoanalysis (APHCH) is a membership organisation dedicated to promoting and strengthening the recognition of hypnosis and hypnoanalysis in Portugal. It brings together professionals and others interested in these fields, with an emphasis on ethical conduct, professional integrity and respect, guided by its code of ethics. APHCH aims to connect traditional knowledge of hypnosis with modern understanding, and to encourage practices that support health, balance and personal, institutional and social development.

The association offers membership opportunities, including effective membership, and provides support and updates for its members. Its activities include specialised training, workshops, events and congresses focused on clinical hypnosis and hypnoanalysis. These gatherings provide opportunities to share knowledge, follow scientific developments and discuss the clinical scope of hypnosis. APHCH also publishes news and information about hypnosis, its events and related initiatives. Through education, professional exchange and representation of the sector, the association works to promote credible and responsible understanding of hypnosis among practitioners and the wider public.
