## Description

The Portuguese Pulmonary Hypertension Association (APHP) is a nonprofit organization working nationwide to improve the quality of life and well-being of people affected by pulmonary hypertension. Its work combines information, practical guidance, community support, and efforts to raise awareness of the disease and the need for a cure.
