## Description

Apnea Clan ASD is an Apnea Academy freediving school based in Verbania, on Lake Maggiore. It introduces people to the underwater world through training designed to be safe, professional and enjoyable, with courses for beginners, experienced divers and children. Instruction takes place in a welcoming environment, and underwater video is used to help participants develop their technique.

The course programme ranges from Indoor, an eight-week pool-based introduction, to Open, Advanced and Deep courses that progressively develop freediving skills and depth. Children aged 7 to 13 can take part in KAD (Kids As Dolphins), a playful pool-based project. Courses have specific prerequisites and may lead to Apnea Academy certificates or a project certification, depending on the programme.

For former students, Apnea Clan also offers year-round training sessions twice weekly, organized by ability level and supervised by an instructor or trusted team. This continuing service does not award certificates and requires prior participation in a course and current membership.
