V. is an entomological society based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, founded in 1897. With a particular focus on butterflies, it brings together amateur and professional insect enthusiasts and supports opportunities to learn about and engage with entomology. A central event organized by the association is the International Frankfurt Insect Exchange, a long-running annual gathering held at the Titus-Forum in Frankfurt’s Nordwestzentrum. The event provides a venue for visitors and exhibitors, with tables available for display and exchange. Alongside it, Apollo presents an educational program introducing children to insects through hands-on activities, as well as talks, posters, slide presentations, and videos for young people and adults. The association also provides practical information for attendees, including event schedules, access details, exhibitor arrangements, and rules for visitors and exhibitors. Its website offers an archive, membership information, links, and resources on European wildlife trade regulations and habitat conservation. Through its events and educational activities, Apollo promotes interest in insects and entomology across different age groups. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Biology _(under Science and Education)_ - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idfnOKU7Lu/w/162/h/108/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793644980448) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Silver Chalice | #a3a3a3 | accent | | Daisy Bush | #551a8b | dark | | Baja White | #fffad2 | light | ## Fonts - verdana — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
