## Description

Roma Appia Run is a renowned running event established in 1999, spearheaded by Roberto De Benedittis, the president of ACSI Italia Atletica. Celebrating its 25th edition on April 21, 2024, coinciding with the 2777th anniversary of Rome, the event has garnered significant participation, with 2,000 assured runners from a maximum of 6,000 places. This vibrant gathering not only promotes athletic competition but also gives back to the community, as evidenced by its recent donation of €10,000 to the Telethon Foundation to support research on genetic diseases.

Participants can register for two distances: a 13 km run and a 5 km fun run, with varying fees depending on the registration period. The event offers unique commemorative merchandise such as a specially designed medal and race T-shirt, making it a must-attend occasion for running enthusiasts. The Roma Appia Run also partners with "I Viaggi del Perigeo," providing travel accommodations for attendees. Join the excitement and be part of this storied tradition in Rome’s stunning landscape!
