## Description

Applied Mathematics by Dominick Donnelly is an educational resource for students and teachers of Leaving Certificate Applied Mathematics in Ireland. The website complements Dominick Donnelly’s textbook and provides guidance and learning materials for the course. Students can access resources including detailed solutions to Leaving Certificate examination papers dating back to 1980, while teachers may apply for secure access to additional materials, including fully worked textbook solutions. The site also offers advice for students and parents considering the subject and highlights the syllabus changes introduced for examinations from June 2023.

Its main publication, Applied Mathematics: A Comprehensive Course for Leaving Certificate, Third Edition, has been rewritten for the current syllabus. The book covers Higher and Ordinary Level topics, with worked examples and graduated exercises. The updated print run is printed on recycled paper and includes appendices on dimensional analysis and the Mathematical Modelling Project, along with corrections to the first print run. Supplementary materials are also available online.
