## Description

APPORTT is an association representing businesses connected with the Port of Tarragona. Its purpose is to promote members’ shared interests, coordinate services that support their commercial activities, and help strengthen the port’s position as a leading port in the Mediterranean. The organization connects companies across the port community and works with public administrations, institutions, and other businesses to encourage collaboration and make members’ work more visible.

APPORTT offers members practical support and opportunities to build relationships. Its services include promoting company events and port-related activities, sharing industry news, providing information and guidance about the Port, and facilitating business contacts among members. The association also organizes networking events, discussion gatherings, training sessions, meetings, and the annual APPORTT Awards. It collaborates with the Port of Tarragona’s commercial department on events, technical sessions, and specialist visits, helping members raise their profile and engage with the wider port environment. Businesses working at the Port can join to access these services and connect with other companies in the community.
