# Apricity Therapy - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `apricitytherapy.com.au` ## Description Apricity Therapy is an Australian Occupational Therapy practice supporting women through the many changes of motherhood. Founded by Sarah, a mother and Mental Health Occupational Therapist, the practice draws on professional expertise and lived experience of matrescence—the transition into and through motherhood. Its mission is to help mothers make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves and create meaning in a changing life. Apricity Therapy offers mother-centered therapy and postnatal support, including support for anxiety, depression, overwhelm, stress, identity changes and challenges in family relationships. Its approach is holistic and informed by psychological, somatic, sensory, trauma and attachment perspectives. Rather than focusing on fixing or perfecting mothers, the practice provides a warm, non-judgmental space to explore mixed emotions and cultivate a sense of wholeness. Services and resources include the Overwhelm, Understood program, Circle of Security Parenting, professional mentoring, online programs and a referral option. Apricity Therapy serves mothers in Karratha, Western Australia, and offers ways to connect and access support online. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Mental Health _(under Health)_ - ⛑ Womens Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/matrescencematters) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idHVG4beqo/w/1500/h/236/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793660997273) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idHVG4beqo/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793660997471) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Flamingo | #f0523d | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | Merino | #f8f4ec | light | ## Fonts - Poppins — asset _(google)_ - Poppins — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
