## Description

Apron Strings Culinary Studio is a specialist food shop and culinary business based on Souttergate, Hedon, in East Yorkshire. It brings together artisan produce, cooking education and distinctive dining experiences, guided by a passion for fine food and the belief that it should be shared and accessible. The shop offers locally sourced cheeses, charcuterie, sourdough and other quality products, alongside handmade items available to pre-order, including snack boxes, celebration cheesecakes, meat and cheese platters, gift selections and weekly puddings. Sourdough is baked in-store each day.

The attached Culinary Studio hosts private cookery lessons and bespoke workshops led by a chef trained at London’s Ivy and Ritz. Apron Strings also provides a chef-for-hire service and event catering for special occasions, including private dining at home or at the studio. Its shop space becomes a pop-up restaurant, where guests can enjoy six- to seven-course menus created by the chef. These menus combine traditional cuisine with innovative techniques, with seasonal and local produce at their heart.
