The Akademische Prüfstelle (APS) is a service institution of the Cultural Section of the German Embassy in Beijing, in collaboration with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Established in July 2001, APS is based in Beijing and serves as a center for evaluating and assisting German-language learners in China.
