# APULU - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `apulu.org` ## Description APULU, pronounced “Apollo,” is a registered Canadian charity dedicated to supporting art students and strengthening Canada’s art community. Independent of any particular college or university, it offers scholarships to secondary and post-secondary students across a range of artistic disciplines. Applicants may apply at any time and are expected to demonstrate passion and dedication to their chosen field. Through this funding, APULU aims to help bridge the financial gap facing aspiring artists and promote art education, opportunity, innovation, and artistic diversity. Donations are amplified through ArtVest, APULU’s financial model for supporting charitable education. It acquires high-value artworks and uses them as collateral for low-interest credit, allowing funds to be directed toward charitable outreach without selling the collection. APULU describes this as a cycle in which the artwork may appreciate while capital supports students and community projects. The organization also invites people to volunteer and contribute to its mission. Based in Aurora, Ontario, APULU presents its work as an investment in artists, Canadian culture, and a connected, vibrant arts community. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Grants Scholarships and Financial Aid _(under Science and Education)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/apulu_charity) ## Logos & icons - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idE6Wr7G3b/w/150/h/150/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793582867156) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cinnabar | #e8461e | accent | | Cinder | #0d0b10 | dark | | Dawn Pink | #f3eee4 | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
