The Republican Chamber of the Kazakh Whiteheaded Breed is a key player in overseeing and promoting the breeding of high-quality livestock. With a membership of 357 agricultural entities and farms, the Chamber aims to enhance the quality and quantity of the Kazakh Whiteheaded Breed. As of January 1, 2021, there were approximately 420,000 purebred Kazakh Whiteheaded animals, including 144,000 cows. The Chamber also registers 300,000 breeding animals, with 129,000 belonging to its members.

The structure of the Chamber includes a collegial body, the Chamber Council, and an executive body, collectively responsible for breeding coordination. The Council, comprising Chamber members and experts, guides the Chamber's activities in alignment with Kazakh laws. Additionally, the Chamber sets standards for cattle based on age and weight, ensuring the quality of Kazakh Whiteheaded Breed livestock. With a focus on genetic selection and herd management, the Chamber upholds the highest breeding standards to promote the Kazakh Whiteheaded Breed.
