## Description

Aqua EXPO XXL is a major German aquaristics event that brings together enthusiasts, exhibitors and international guests for shows, competitions and community activities. Held at the Zentralhallen in Hamm, the 2027 edition is scheduled for April 16–18 and marks the event’s 15th anniversary. Visitors can plan their trip, explore the program and hall layout, find ticket and travel information, and view details about exhibitors and accommodation.

The event features specialist competitions and displays covering disciplines such as discus fish, shrimp, nano aquariums, aquascaping and betta fish. In 2027, the German International Shrimp Contest celebrates its 10th anniversary in Hamm, while the European Discus Championship returns for its 7th edition and a 15-year anniversary. Aquascaping presentations will combine the ENAC with Art of Aquascaping, XL Live Scaping and Wabi Kusa. A designer clownfish exhibition is also planned. Aqua EXPO XXL extends the experience beyond the exhibition floor with photo and video galleries, event history and information for visitors and exhibitors.
