## Description

Aquila Trustees is a specialist trust and estate services company founded in 2017 by Liezl Kritzinger and Madeleine Abrahams. Drawing on experience in insolvency and deceased estate matters, the company focuses on supporting individuals and the loved ones they leave behind. Its approach combines professional administration with guidance and care during what can be a difficult and unfamiliar process.

Services include estate planning, drafting new wills and providing free storage for original wills. Aquila Trustees also administers deceased estates, from reporting an estate to the Master of the High Court through to its finalisation. For estates whose assets cannot cover all debts and liabilities, the company offers administration of insolvent deceased estates. In addition, it assists with registering new companies and making company amendments through the CIPC.

Client feedback highlights the company’s communication, organisation and assistance with complex cases, as well as its compassionate support for families. Aquila Trustees aims to provide practical advice and help clients navigate estate planning and administration with confidence.
