## Description

Al-Seyassah is a renowned brand that has been making a significant impact since its inception in 1965. The brand was established when Yousef Al-Rafaei, owner of Al-Seyassah weekly magazine, invited Ahmed Al-Jarallah to take on the role of Editor-in-Chief. Al-Jarallah, a journalist with a passion for media, accepted the offer and transformed the magazine into one of the most influential and widely read publications in the region. Due to differences between Al-Jarallah and Al-Rafaei, a decision was made for them to part ways. Al-Jarallah had the option to leave the magazine or acquire it himself, and he chose the latter, determined to continue his career in journalism. In April 1968, he launched the first edition of the daily Al-Seyassah newspaper. This marked a new era of progress and success for the brand, earning it a stellar reputation both locally and internationally. In 1977, Arab Times, an English-language newspaper, was introduced under the umbrella of Al-Seyassah. It quickly became the top choice for English readers in Kuwait. Additionally, Al-Seyassah also published Al-Hadaf, a popular weekly Arabic newspaper that covered a broad range of topics, including fashion, interviews, and socio-political commentary. With its rich history and commitment to quality journalism, Al-Seyassah continues to be a prominent brand in the media landscape of Kuwait and the Gulf region.
