## Description

ARCH is a community wellness initiative focused on building healthier communities before crisis. Its approach brings prevention upstream, into the workplaces, schools, neighborhoods, and organizations where people live and gather. Guided by the principles of Awareness, Regulation, and Community Health, ARCH promotes understanding of the nervous system, practical ways to support balance and recovery, and the role of connection in collective wellbeing.

ARCH offers corporate awareness programs, place-based community initiatives, public education, events, and restorative experiences. It also develops research collaborations and pilot programs, builds partnerships, hosts fundraising and impact events, and provides speaking and consulting to help organizations apply upstream wellness thinking. Its work serves businesses, nonprofits, foundations, educational institutions, community organizations, government and civic leaders, and impact partners.

One featured initiative, the Sensory Reset Experience, is a pilot developed with Promises2Kids for transition-age youth. It explores how thoughtfully designed environments and accessible activities may support calm, grounding, creativity, and connection.
