## Description

ArcStockpad is an on-chain launchpad and trading platform on Arc Mainnet (chain ID 5042) for creating and trading coins paired with USDC or supported tokenized assets. These include stock-labelled tokens such as NVDA, AAPL, CRCL and SPY, alongside other listed assets. Pairing a coin with a stock token does not peg its price to the underlying company or confer share ownership.

Creators choose a name, symbol, image, pool fee and reward mode, with an optional initial purchase. Each coin launches into a Uniswap V4 pool on a bonding curve and is marked as bonded at 17,000 USDC FDV. Liquidity is locked from the first block. Trading fees are collected in the chosen pair asset, with the stated reward mode allocating 80% to creators and holders and 20% to the treasury; payouts depend on trading activity and are not guaranteed.

ArcStockpad also offers token exploration, swaps, analytics, a dashboard, documentation and a Chrome wallet. It is non-custodial: users sign transactions through their own wallets.
