## Description

ARES Running is an AI-powered running coach and athletic intelligence platform designed to make training more personal and responsive. It uses an athlete’s workout history, pace, heart rate, training load, recovery, and consistency to interpret their physiology and guide training decisions. Rather than simply displaying a fixed calendar, ARES builds and adapts plans as an athlete’s fitness, workload, and goals change.

The platform supports preparation for 5K, 10K, half-marathon, marathon, and custom-distance events. Its features include individualized pace and threshold references, readiness and recovery insights, training-load tracking, performance metrics, and progress analysis over time. Athletes can establish a physiological baseline with the structured ARES Test, or the system can estimate one from available training history when a valid test is unavailable.

ARES Running currently lists Strava and Apple Health as available integrations, with Garmin, Polar, COROS, Suunto, Huawei, and Samsung marked as coming soon. Web access is part of the ecosystem, while iOS and Android apps are planned for release through the App Store and Google Play.
