## Description

Arianne Struik is the director of the Institute for Chronically Traumatized Children (ICTC), a pioneering organization dedicated to improving the lives of traumatized children and their families. The ICTC specializes in providing training, supervision, and consultation on effective trauma treatments. Among its notable offerings is the award-winning Sleeping Dogs® method, a unique approach designed to engage children who are resistant to traditional therapy techniques. Arianne Struik and her team offer fly-in-fly-out trauma treatment services throughout Australia and New Zealand, addressing the needs of chronically traumatized children. Additionally, the institute conducts worldwide training through both online and in-person workshops. Topics covered include trauma treatment, the impact of domestic violence, and utilizing EMDR with children, among others. Institutions seeking to enhance their trauma-informed practices can benefit from customized workshops designed to equip caregivers and professionals with essential skills. With a mission for a better world for children, the ICTC strives to provide effective, compassionate solutions for those in need.
