## Description

ARK DeFAI is a decentralized civilization protocol that combines artificial intelligence, DAO governance, and modular on-chain infrastructure. Its vision is to support an evolving digital society where open-source models and collective participation shape decision-making, rather than relying solely on centralized institutions or majority votes. Citizens can contribute proposals and models, while AI systems analyze data, forecast scenarios, recommend policies, and work with smart contracts to carry out approved protocol functions.

The platform’s economic tools include token emission and stability modules, treasury and protocol-owned liquidity systems, and ARK Loan, a lending service that uses the protocol’s floor price as its stated credit metric. ARK DAO provides a governance framework that connects human participation with AI advisory and automated execution. ARK Land is presented as a digital environment for citizens, developers, and models, featuring a model marketplace, NFT-based governance identity, a Builder DAO, financial tools, and a task center. The project also outlines plans for future development, including expanded governance, virtual cities, and collaborative applications.
