## Description

Arkley Accounting Group is a leading accounting firm based in Seattle, WA. Founded in 2014 by Todd Arkley, a certified public accountant with over 20 years of industry experience, their mission is to help small businesses and creative professionals succeed. With a deep understanding of how finance impacts all aspects of business operations, Arkley Accounting Group offers a wide range of services. These include tax planning and preparation, mergers and acquisitions, profitability analyses, entity structuring, and business exits. They specialize in assisting businesses in the cannabis industry, navigating the complex financial and tax concerns related to federal tax code IRC 280E. Todd Arkley's diverse background, including experience in landscaping, farming, and Zen monkhood, has shaped his patient and detail-oriented approach to accounting. He believes that accountants play a crucial role in shepherding resources to generate energy for growth, much like a water wheel. As a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Todd Arkley also teaches cannabis taxation classes for CPAs, accounting students, and business owners.
