## Description

ARM5™ Formula Co. is an e-commerce aggregator that acquires and grows direct-to-consumer brands. Founded in 2013 as a digital marketing and business automation agency, the company has evolved into an operator-led business focused on building value through strategic acquisitions, marketing expertise, and its proprietary ARM5™ Formula. It reports being a two-time Inc. 5000 honoree and having supported thousands of e-commerce businesses.

ARM5 works with brand founders seeking to sell, find a strategic partner, or pursue a partial exit, and says it is targeting businesses with annual revenue of $500,000 to more than $10 million. Its services and capabilities include acquisition planning, flexible deal structures, operational support, performance marketing, and growth strategies across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, email, and SMS. The ARM5™ Formula emphasizes authority, customer trust, and monetization, supported by testing, customer reactivation, and revenue optimization systems.

The company’s portfolio includes consumer brands in sleep, skincare, men’s grooming, and health and performance supplements. It also cites plans to integrate agentic AI into its e-commerce operations.
