## Description

Armsby Abbey is a renowned gastropub located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Founded in 2008 by husband and wife team Alec Lopez and Sherri Sadowski, the establishment was created to fill a void in the local culinary scene. Drawing inspiration from their own backgrounds, Alec's upbringing in Argentina and Sherri's experience on a small farm in Rhode Island, Armsby Abbey offers a farm-to-table dining experience, emphasizing local and seasonal ingredients. With a menu curated by Chef Frank Mercedes-Morales, Armsby Abbey showcases New American cuisine with a focus on slow food principles and artisan craftsmanship. The gastropub has gained international recognition as a craft beer mecca, boasting an impressive selection of craft beers. In addition to their main establishment, Alec and Sherri previously owned the renowned Dive Bar and an artisan bakery called Crust. They are dedicated to providing exceptional food and drink experiences to their community and beyond. Whether tending to their gardens, exploring global food and drink scenes, or enjoying the ocean, Alec and Sherri embody the passion and vision behind the success of Armsby Abbey.
