## Description

Aragon ZK Research, now operating as AZKR Research Association, is a pioneering research group dedicated to advancing zero-knowledge (zk) technology in the web3 space. Established in January 2022 as the research arm of the Aragon Association, a leader in decentralised autonomous organization (DAO) software, the organization facilitates the creation and management of decentralized entities leveraging blockchain technology.

In February 2023, AZKR transitioned into an independent entity after receiving a grant from the Aragon Association to further enhance the Aragon Project. This shift underscores their commitment to innovation and research within the zk ecosystem. The group's efforts are focused on developing tools and frameworks that empower organizations by promoting transparency and privacy through advanced cryptographic techniques.

For those interested in the latest developments in zk research and DAO software, AZKR Research Association provides valuable resources via their blog and archive at azkr.org, where they share insights and updates on their ongoing projects and findings.
