## Description

Art Bubble is a volunteer-run Danish comics festival that brings readers, artists and comics professionals together for a welcoming weekend of illustrated storytelling. Described as Denmark’s coziest comics festival, it offers free admission and takes place on 2–3 October 2027 at DOKK1 in Aarhus. The programme includes live drawing, workshops and interviews, alongside guest appearances, signings and exhibitor stands.

Visitors can meet Danish and international creators working across comics, illustration and graphic storytelling. The featured guests represent a wide range of styles and subjects, from fantasy, horror and mythology to humour and personal narratives. Exhibitors offer original art, handmade jewellery and figures, pins, stickers, prints, zines and other creative items. The stands also include second-hand and vintage comics, collectibles and classic titles, giving fans a chance to browse, discover old favourites or find something new.

Art Bubble combines opportunities to engage with creators and their work with an informal, community-focused festival atmosphere. Its website also features news, information, podcast and television content, and a shop.
