## Description

Chase Parker is a Tampa, Florida artist who describes his practice as dimensional surrealism. Working from a studio in Ybor City, he creates human forms from thousands of small elements, placing each one by hand. His materials include butterflies, brass, and found objects, bringing faces and figures into intricate, sculptural compositions that invite close viewing. A self-taught artist and full-time practitioner since 2020, Parker makes installations, paintings, and sculptures, with works that have appeared in hotels across eight states and entered private collections. Selected pieces include butterfly-covered frames, a sculpture on a granite base, and an acoustic guitar transformed with butterflies. Parker also offers custom commissions for homes, hotels, and collections. He develops each piece in collaboration with the client, considering the room’s colors and atmosphere, sharing a small-scale visual mock-up, and refining the design together until it suits the space. Visitors can see his work at galleries and art fairs or request a private viewing in Tampa.
