## Description

With a focus on the intersection of art and activism, artEquity provides tools, resources, and training to individuals and organizations. Their goal is to build a base of individuals and organizations with a shared analysis of power dynamics to contribute effectively to organizational culture change, sector change, and social change. artEquity envisions a network of individual artist-activists who work together, sharing resources and understanding power, privilege, oppression, and justice. They believe that every individual can learn to access their full humanity in the pursuit of justice. Their vision includes equitable representation and radical inclusion in the arts and culture sector, creating a beloved community capable of changing lives and careers for generations to come. artEquity offers a range of programs and training sessions such as BIPOC Leadership Circle, Everyday Justice, National Board Training, and more. They also provide resources like newsletters, suggested reading, and events such as Summer of Justice. To support their mission, you can donate to artEquity or get involved with their work.
