It provides guidance, information, activities and a welcoming community for people navigating the condition. While the charity does not offer clinical advice, it connects people with practical support from others who have experience living with different types of arthritis. Its adapted exercise programme includes hydrotherapy in Market Harborough, Pilates and low-impact workouts in Enderby, and seated exercise sessions in Scraptoft. Sessions are designed for people of all abilities, including those with limited mobility, and can be performed seated or with chair support.
