## Description

Arthur Ellis is a UK mental health support organisation making emotional care more accessible, with an emphasis on timely help rather than simply raising awareness. It offers compassionate online one-to-one mentoring for people who need support, including children, young people and adults. Individuals can self-refer, and referrals can also come through schools, GPs and workplaces. The service aims to provide meaningful support without thresholds or long waits; the organisation reports an average of 14 days until someone accesses its support.

Arthur Ellis also works with public services, including healthcare and education partners, and with businesses to connect people with help. Its workplace partnerships are designed to provide quick access, including support on the same day as referral. Businesses can also sponsor the organisation’s work through corporate social responsibility initiatives. For people experiencing a crisis, the website provides information about crisis support.

The organisation says it has helped more than 10,000 people and delivered over 54,000 emotional support sessions, working with more than 40 partners, including NHS neighbourhoods.
