## Description

Artists for Peace and Justice (APJ) is a registered charity in Canada and the United States that works in partnership with communities in Haiti. Its mission is to expand access to education for young people facing poverty, helping them build pathways to meaningful employment and a sustainable future. APJ supports comprehensive education programs and training in creative industries, with the broader aim of enabling students to pursue careers and shape their own futures rather than focus solely on survival.

The organization works with programmatic partners and local communities to provide young people with educational opportunities and resources. Its work includes supporting a school and helping more than 32,000 children access education, despite the significant challenges facing communities in Haiti. APJ presents education as a foundation for a more equitable future and emphasizes practical, locally responsive support. Artists, public figures, board members, and other partners contribute to its efforts, while donations help sustain its programs.
