## Description

John Creighton Petersen is a visionary Mixed Media Fusion artist, recognized for his ability to blend history, texture, and narrative into extraordinary art pieces. His innovative style, aptly named Mixed Media Fusion, invites viewers into a vibrant world where art transcends traditional boundaries. John creates intricate canvases, sculptural assemblages, and striking jewelry, each infused with layers of meaning and memory. Noteworthy collections, like Cle d'Eiffel and Broken, reveal stories of transformation, engaging the audience in a tactile and immersive experience.

With over twenty-five years of artistic evolution, including the founding of inkogNEATo and its recent revival, John has embraced a renewed passion for creating art that is not merely decorative, but deeply impactful. Based in the Pacific Northwest, his work reflects the rich textures and landscapes around him. He is not just an artist; he’s a teacher and community builder, fostering conversation in a world often overshadowed by mass production. Through his work, John challenges perceptions and encourages individuals to connect with art on a personal level.
