At Art of Problem Solving (AoPS), we are dedicated to training the intellectual leaders of the next generation by equipping them with strong problem-solving skills. Our approach goes beyond teaching one-time solutions, instead focusing on cultivating critical thinking abilities that can be applied to a range of challenging problems. Established in 1993, AoPS started with math textbooks that offered a broader, deeper, and more challenging curriculum for top students in grades 5-12.

Over time, we have expanded our offerings to include subjects like physics, programming, and language arts. AoPS has three divisions that cater to different learning needs. AoPS Online provides rigorous math curriculum, online classes, and a community for middle and high school students.

AoPS Academy brings the AoPS methodology to physical and virtual classrooms, offering a world-class curriculum in math, science, and language arts for grades 1-12. And Beast Academy, designed for elementary students, teaches fundamental math concepts through engaging comic-book style illustrations. Whether through online resources, live classes, or physical campuses, AoPS is committed to helping students build a deep understanding of critical concepts and develop the flexibility, creativity, and determination needed to confidently tackle complex problems.
