## Description

Artyard Studio is a pottery and clay arts studio in Williamsville, New York, serving the Buffalo and Western New York community. Since 1999, it has provided opportunities for children and adults to explore clay arts and the creative process. Owner and instructor Thom has more than 35 years of experience teaching wheel-thrown pottery, with instruction for students at all experience levels. The studio focuses on making pottery and clay sculpture rather than ceramic pottery painting.

Its offerings include adult pottery and sculpture classes, children’s and teen classes, summer art and pottery camps, workshops, try-it pottery wheel sessions, and date-night events. Class sizes and camp enrollment are limited to support individual attention, and some events may sell out. Artyard Studio also carries basic stoneware pottery supplies for local potters and clay enthusiasts. Handcrafted Buffalo Herd Pottery and other work can be seen at regional art and craft festivals and is available through the studio shop by appointment.
