## Description

Art Yarramunua Gallery is a 100% Aboriginal-owned and managed gallery dedicated to celebrating authentic Aboriginal art and culture. Located in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, it has supported and showcased Aboriginal artists for over 30 years, welcoming visitors and collectors from Australia and overseas. Its collection features traditional and contemporary works by more than 15 established and emerging artists, including founder Stan Yarramunua, Michelle Cooper, Janet Golder Kngwarreye, Tjungkara Ken, Teresa Baker and Gloria Petyarre. The gallery presents artworks as expressions of heritage, creativity and cultural stories, while championing artists’ independence and the preservation of Aboriginal narratives. For individuals, businesses and institutions, Art Yarramunua offers personalised art consulting to help select and curate works, as well as commissioned artworks developed in liaison with represented artists. It also creates collaboration opportunities for projects and initiatives that bring culturally significant art to wider audiences.
