## Description

Arun Dolphins Swimming Club is a registered charity that provides a safe, friendly swimming environment for people of all ages and people with disabilities. Its sessions are designed for therapy and rehabilitation as well as enjoyment, fitness and leisure, welcoming swimmers with different abilities and support needs.

The club meets every Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Littlehampton Swimming Centre, now known as The Littlehampton Wave. Members have exclusive use of the small pool and use of most of the main pool. The weekly swim fee is £5, and annual membership costs £15, with these rates stated as applying from 1 April 2024.

Activities may include support with learning to swim and ability-appropriate water games, helping participants build confidence and enjoy freedom of movement in the water. Arun Dolphins also invites volunteers to join its community and help run sessions, assist swimmers and contribute to an inclusive, supportive experience.
