## Description

AS Boxing is a boxing and fitness club in Toulouse, welcoming beginners and experienced participants since 2016. With two locations in Montaudran and Purpan, the club offers seven disciplines: English boxing, kickboxing, women’s boxing, grappling, physical preparation, cross-training and cardio boxing. Sessions combine technical, physical and mental development, with coaching adapted to individual goals and experience levels. Beginners can book a complimentary discovery session, and gloves and protective equipment are available to borrow for a first visit.

Members can choose private coaching for personalised guidance or team training in groups limited to 12. AS Boxing also provides tailored programmes for businesses and employee groups, including regular classes, team-building activities and workplace wellbeing initiatives. Both clubs offer training spaces and scheduled sessions throughout the week. The Purpan location features three boxing rings.

Beyond training, AS Boxing makes its venues available for events, meetings, seminars, photo shoots and filming. Facilities include spaces for gatherings and business events, with custom packages available on request.
