## Description

Asarian Energy Limited, formerly known as Forsys Metals Corp., is an emerging uranium developer dedicated to becoming a significant global supplier of uranium in the modern nuclear era. The company is navigating a transformative energy landscape where nuclear energy is gaining renewed attention as a safe and reliable power source amidst rising global energy demands. Asarian's cornerstone asset is the Norasa Project in Namibia, recognized as one of the largest permitted, undeveloped uranium projects worldwide, encompassing the Valencia and Namibplaas deposits. These deposits are strategically located in a stable, mining-friendly region noted for its high production rates, supported by robust infrastructure. Under the experienced leadership of John Borshoff, who has a remarkable track record in the uranium sector, Asarian is focused on optimizing its assets, expanding its project portfolio, and executing a growth strategy centered around Norasa. As the global demand for uranium continues to grow, Asarian Energy is poised to play a critical role in addressing the anticipated supply deficit in the coming years.
