Ascent Wellness Program is a wellness community offering accessible, clinically-informed, and connected wellness services at the Ascent Wellness Campus. Our services encompass physical and mental health through fitness, yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, music therapy, peer support, and physical therapy under one roof. We are committed to creating welcoming spaces that are easy to navigate and provide comprehensive support. Our focus is on simplifying access to a supportive team and creating an enjoyable practice with each individual. As an Accessible MKE Fitness community since 2012 and a Mental Health Informed Clinical Wellness Program since 2015, we prioritize inclusivity and diversity. We welcome all identities, abilities, and bodies, operating as an LGBTQIA+ brave space, universal design accessible space, trauma-aware and neurodiversity-informed space, among others.
