## Description

ASHEKMAN Official is an Arabic street art brand that was founded in 2001 by twin brothers Omar and Mohamed Kabbani in Beirut, Lebanon. Growing up during the Lebanese civil war, the twins developed a deep passion for fighting social and political injustices that perpetuated false propaganda about the Middle East. ASHEKMAN serves as a platform for them to combat extremism and revive the Arabic culture in an urban context. Their mission is to spread a positive message of tolerance and bring back the golden age of Arab civilization, where poetry, science, and knowledge were celebrated and shared across cultures. ASHEKMAN's unique style, known as Arabic Calligraffiti, combines classical Arabic calligraphy with modern Arabic graffiti. This fusion creates visually striking and thought-provoking artworks that challenge stereotypes and convey powerful messages. In addition to their street art, ASHEKMAN also operates a shop where you can find their exclusive merchandise. They have two locations, one in Beirut, Lebanon, and another in Dubai, UAE. With a strong commitment to their vision, ASHEKMAN remains at the forefront of the street art scene, using their art to inspire change and promote cultural appreciation.
