## Description

The Asia Blockchain Association (ABA) is a Singapore-headquartered organization serving the Asia-Pacific region through a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) format. It aims to be a trusted hub and advocate for blockchain collaboration, bringing together regulators, enterprises, innovators, and communities. ABA promotes responsible adoption and regional ecosystem growth through education, policy engagement, and partnerships, while encouraging members to use blockchain and scalable technologies to support transformation.

Its work centers on connecting stakeholders, convening public- and private-sector participants, collaborating with regulators and industry bodies, and educating the public through trusted content and events. ABA membership offers access to a diverse network, policy dialogues, initiatives, events, technical working groups, educational resources, and opportunities such as internships, hackathons, pitch sessions, and investor showcases, depending on membership tier. Higher-tier options include event speaking and co-branding opportunities, organizational representation, partner communications, and access to ABA programs and stakeholders. The association also offers an NFT-based membership credential. Its community includes students, professionals, startups, enterprises, strategic partners, government agencies, and invited key opinion leaders.
