Asma is a Middle Eastern restaurant in Dubai Mall, owned by three Emirati sisters whose passion for food was inspired by their mother. The restaurant offers a contemporary take on the region’s culinary traditions, bringing together flavours and ingredients associated with Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Egypt and Syria. Its approach pairs fresh ingredients, aromatic spices and time-honoured cooking techniques with dishes that reflect the sisters’ cultural influences and childhood memories.

The menu spans starters, breads, dips, salads, seafood, meat dishes and options for children. Guests can choose from items such as arayess, falafel, honey halloumi, hummus, babaghanush, fattoush, watermelon salad, green prawns, octopus, chicken ouzi, lamb cutlets and kebab pita. Asma also presents its food as a sharing experience, suited to sampling a range of Middle Eastern flavours.

Located on the first floor of Dubai Mall, near the ice rink and accessible from Cinema Parking on Level 5, Asma is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
