## Description

The Asociación de Afectados por Inversiones en Criptomonedas (AAIC) is a Spanish association supporting people who believe they have lost money through fraudulent cryptocurrency investment platforms, brokers, or wallets. Registered in Spain’s National Association Register since June 2021, it aims to protect members’ economic and social interests and help them pursue the return of their investments. Working with a multidisciplinary legal team advised by Zaballos Abogados, the association coordinates collective and individual criminal complaints before Spain’s National Court and other courts. Its approach brings affected investors together to gather evidence, including bank transfers, wallet transactions, contracts, promised returns, and communications, which can support legal action or participation in existing cases. AAIC reports work involving platforms and schemes such as Javier Biosca, Mind Capital, FX Winning, GN10, and Poolme, among others; allegations are presented as claims concerning suspected fraud. The association also shares case updates and notices through its news section and offers prospective members information about joining its efforts.
