## Description

Akademickie Stowarzyszenie Psychologii Ekonomicznej (ASPE) is a Polish scientific association bringing together researchers and practitioners interested in the application of psychology to economic life. Founded in 2008 on the initiative of Professor Tadeusz Tyszka and fellow researchers, it connects specialists in economic psychology, behavioral and experimental economics, behavioral finance, and organizational psychology. Its members also include managers, financial analysts, market researchers, and advertising professionals.

ASPE’s mission is to promote the use of psychology in economics, particularly in entrepreneurship, advertising, marketing, public relations, and people management, and to help transfer current research findings into the economy. It pursues these aims through research and by encouraging and supporting scholarly initiatives. The association organizes conferences and offers information about workshops and summer schools. Its activities also include the “Szare Komórki” competition and the “Psychologia ekonomiczna” publication. Through membership, conference participation, competition opportunities, and mailing-list updates, ASPE provides ways for its community to engage with developments in the field. The association’s website shares details about membership, events, research initiatives, and contact options.
