Based in Barcelos, the organization provides services intended to assist people affected by stroke and support their rehabilitation. Its offerings include internal medicine, social work, psychology, online psychology consultations, neuropsychology, cognitive screenings, and psychotherapy groups. ANAVC also maintains a caregiver support network and a bank of assistive products. Alongside its direct services, the association shares information about stroke, including its types, risk factors, warning signs, prevention, consequences, rehabilitation, and related rights and social support. Its activities include boccia and yoga, and it offers ways for the public to get involved through membership, volunteering, donations, and merchandise. ANAVC highlights the importance of recognizing stroke warning signs—face, speech, and strength—and advises calling 112 when symptoms occur. Through practical care, information, and community engagement, the association works to support survivors and those who care for them. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Health Conditions and Concerns _(under Health)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/associacaonacionalavc) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/associacao_nacional_avc) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id6AtPVw0K/w/350/h/169/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790842092892) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id6AtPVw0K/w/361/h/361/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790842092985) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | El Salva | #913438 | accent | | Abbey | #4e555b | dark | | Yellow Orange | #ffb944 | light | ## Fonts - louis_george_caferegular — asset _(custom)_ - Poppins — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
