## Description

Asthra AI provides an agentic writing platform for regulatory and clinical teams in the life sciences. Its AI agents plan, draft, cite and quality-check documents using source materials supplied by the user, with sentence-level citations and a record of how the work was produced. The platform supports clinical study reports, protocols and synopses, investigator brochures, informed consent forms, case report forms, briefing documents, PSURs/PBRERs, DSURs and clinical evaluation reports. It is available as a Microsoft Word add-in and a web app, producing first drafts that teams can review and refine.

Asthra lets writers approve a source plan before drafting, flags missing data rather than filling gaps, and provides QC reports, citation checks and audit-ready handoff packages. It can also create tables and figures from study data, search selected scientific literature sources, compare document versions and support collaborative editing. Designed for pharmaceutical, medical-device, pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs teams, as well as CROs, the platform keeps human reviewers in control of changes and sign-off. CMC authoring modules are in development.
