## Description

Associazione Astrofili Bisalta APS is an amateur astronomy association that promotes observation, scientific learning, and public engagement with the night sky. Based in the Bisalta area of Italy, it brings together members interested in astronomy and offers opportunities to take part in guided observing projects, often conducted over several months to achieve technical or scientific results. The association also organizes public observing events around astronomical phenomena such as eclipses, occultations, and comets, setting up viewing points in local communities.

Its activities include astronomy education projects for primary, middle, and high schools, public science conferences with speakers and supporting materials, and summer star parties for amateur astronomers. The association also works to combat light pollution and participates in initiatives including meteor and comet projects, radio astronomy, and activities for young astronomy enthusiasts. Its projects and facilities include the Bellino observatory and a school observatory. Through collaboration with local administrations, schools, and community partners, Associazione Astrofili Bisalta APS helps make astronomy accessible to members, students, and the wider public.
