## Description

The Asuka-Fujiwara Heritage Promotion Council is dedicated to raising awareness and promoting the rich cultural significance of the Asuka-Fujiwara region, which holds a unique place in Japan's history. This area, home to the ancient capitals of Asuka and Fujiwara, marks the birth of a centralized political system in 6th to 8th century Japan.
