## Description

ASV De Vechtstreek is an autosport association based in Weesp, established in 1949 and affiliated with the NRF. For more than 75 years, it has introduced drivers and navigators to kaartleesritten, or map-reading motor rallies. These events are open to anyone with a standard passenger car, and participants do not need to be members. Teams, known as equipes, consist of a driver and a navigator, with A, B and C classes accommodating different levels of experience.

The association organizes rallies on Sundays during two periods of the year: January to May and September to December. Regular club events generally start in Nigtevecht and include the maps and route materials needed to take part. Entry costs €20 per team for a standard club rally. Its annual Dag van Weesp event has a separate entry fee, which includes lunch for two. Rallies conclude with an awards presentation. ASV De Vechtstreek also offers membership, publishes event calendars and results, and helps prospective participants find a driver or navigator.
