## Description

Asylana Collections is a non-profit organization committed to preserving and promoting the traditional Kazakh art of Tuskiiz, or hand-embroidered wall hangings. Known for their vibrant colors and intricate patterns, these tapestries are more than mere decor; they are a celebration of cultural heritage often displayed within nomadic yurts to create an inviting atmosphere. Each Tuskiiz is meticulously handcrafted by skilled Kazakh women, sometimes taking up to a year to complete, reflecting their dedication and artistry.

Asylana aims to revitalize this ancient craft by showcasing vintage Tuskiiz, some dating back to the 1890s, alongside contemporary products inspired by these stunning designs. Through an engaging gallery and a diverse range of items, including canvas art and home decor, Asylana invites people to appreciate the beauty and significance of Tuskiiz. Join them in supporting this unique cultural tradition and experience the intricacies of a heritage that deserves recognition and celebration.
